Carol Shafer Fine Jewelry's Founder, Carol Shafer, has volunteered with many charitable groups including Hospice Foundation, 1736 Family Crises Center, Kiwanis Club, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, South Bay Senior Services, The Flying Samaritans, Rotary International, (LA5), The Salvation Army Advisory Board, and The Sandpipers (a Southern California South Bay philanthropic organization) where she was named the 2005-2006 Sandpiper Of The Year.

Carol’s love for fine jewelry started at the age of five. Her father bought her a 14K gold and diamond bracelet to wear on her first of many visits to the White House. From then on, she had a love affair with fine jewelry. She is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America and Owner and Founder of Carol Shafer Fine Jewelry.
